The "Heterogenous Systems and Microsystems" team (SMH)

The HSM (SMH in French) team unites research projets located at the frontier between materials and devices on the one hand and

advanced systems and microsystems on the other. The goal of this is to prepare the next generations of advanced sensors and devices
