Facilities

Location

The SMH team technical facilities are mainly located in the Solid-state electronics, systems and photonics department (D-ESSP), on the Campus of Cronenbourg.

Equipment

Over the years, the SMH team has acquired a large amount of high-end development and test equipment.

Expertise

The team has built solid expertise driven by the main research themes (Technologies for CAD, Multiphysics systems and microsystems).
