L'équipe Systèmes et Microsystèmes Hétérogènes (SMH)
The HSM team (SMH in French) unites research projets located at the frontier between materials and devices on the one hand and advanced systems and microsystems on the other. The fields of interest encompass all aspects of a system's design workflow.
The goal is to prepare the next generations of advanced sensors and devices for heterogenous systems and microsystems. Two main themes, that cover all the above aspects of the design workflow, are addressed:
